• About Rhythem Nation Elites Non Violence Dance Sports Team based out of  Reading Pennsylvania is a competitive youth Dance Team that represents The Healing Hearts Foundation Of Berks County Corporation at Half time Basketball performances, Dance competitions community outreach venues and other performances throughout the Region.

 

• We offer professional training classes, practices sessions, and other opportunities to learn proper Healthy Life Initiatives in honor of Former First Lady Michelle Obama fight against obesity. The youth reveal the positive talents of both local and visiting talents in the Region Cultural Hip Hop Style Performances including our late Double Dutch sport as a fitness comeback to our community.

• Our approach to diverse community problems has proven to be effective to help recreate and commit to a movement of Unity that once existed within our community

To make social change in the world, we have to start with the youth. 
Giving youth the opportunity to learn how to deal with conflicts, their
emotions and understanding other cultures can make big changes for the 
future. Using Cultural performing arts to implement this makes it easier to 
engage youth and people everywhere, because music and fitness is like a 
Universal language understood by all.

 This is a wonderful technique for adolescents and adults to express 
with their minds, their feelings and control their emotions through the 
art of conscious music; and healthy life initiatives. We love the idea of being able to use music and fitness as a way to 
reach individuals about peace, anger
management and diversity!
